Initiate Your Return
Log in to your RUNNERS SPORTS account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the product.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
